Cancer-stricken Sonali Bendre is back on the set after a major sabbatical, view pic

Sonali Bendre is a strong and determined woman who never ceases to inspire us. The actress was in the US recently as she was undergoing treatment for cancer. After a long stay there, the actress returned to Mumbai earlier this year. Sonali expressed her joy on being back home and got back to doing what she loves the most. Yes, we are talking about her love for reading. Sonali even had her son Ranveer join her for a discussion for her Book Club.

Yesterday, was another big day in Sonali’s life as she was back on set after a major sabbatical. The ‘Sarfarosh’ actress took to her Instagram account and shared a picture from the sets. She expressed her joy on being back and shared how the entire experience has been surreal for her.

She also wrote, “I don’t think words would do justice to how beautiful it feels to be back at work…to face the camera again and portray the range of emotions required. Given that my emotions have been running high for the last couple of months, it feels good to give into the emotions that the job requires.”

She also posted a video in which her happiness on being back on the sets is clearly evident.

Now, this is what we call a lady with an iron will. Thank you, Sonali for always inspiring us and making us switch on our sunshine as well. We love you and just can’t wait to see back on the screen.
