Sonali Bendre gets emotional at Priyanka Chopra’s bridal shower while wearing bright colours

Sonali Bendre is a fighter, isn’t she? Even after getting diagnosed with cancer, the actress is still seen in high spirits and has taught all of us to live our lives happily amid struggles and hardships. Now, couple of days ago, a photo had emerged of Sonali Bendre with Neetu Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra at Priyanka’s bridal shower.

Priyanka Chopra had a gala bridal shower thrown by her close friends that included many Hollywood A-Listers. The event was spectacular and Priyanka Chopra had a lovely time. Sonali Bendre, though got a little emotional and posted a very moving message on Twitter, which shows her courage and immense mental strength.

The message read, “It’s always lovely to be part of someone’s special moment and more so when it’s a dear friend. What a fabulous evening @priyankachopra!!! Your bridal shower was filled with so much love and laughter. I wish all that and more for you… ”

Sonali wore a bright red outfit just like Neetu Kapoor and they looked amazing at the bridal shower. Sonali Bendre’s friend and actress Namrata Shirodkar, who was in the US with her husband Mahesh Babu, talked to Deccan Chronicle and had some encouraging words for Sonali.

She said, “She is a strong girl. She looks amazingly fit and ready to get back to normal life. I had such a lovely time with her. We discussed so many things. She told me the entire story of her illness and what gives her the strength, and I told her that she’s always in my prayers.”

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ much-awaited wedding festivities will begin in the last week of November. The grand royal wedding, according to reports will be held at Rajasthan’s Mehrangarh fort.
