Sonam feels disgusted by the misleading headline about her film ‘PadMan’

Sonam Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space with Akshay Kumar in R Balki’s ‘PadMan’. The movie is based on the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham’s life and Akshay plays the protagonist in the movie. Well, there are two leading ladies in the movie, Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor. While Radhika plays the role of Akshay’s wife, we are sure everyone is keen to know what’s the role of Sonam.

Well, many portals have been revealing Sonam’s character in the film. While some are saying that she plays the ‘other woman’ in the film, some have reported that Sonam has ‘extra-marital affair’ with Akshay. Sonam, who is quite active on Twitter, saw a misleading headline quoting such reports, and immediately quote retweeted the portal’s tweet.

She tweeted, “Seriously guys.. ??‍♂️ is this the way you guys write headlines? Ridiculous and disgusting way to speak about films.”

While we too don’t really have an idea about Sonam’s role in the film, but as we have read the book ‘The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad’, which had the novella on which the movie is based, we are assuming that Sonam plays the role of the woman who teaches English to Akshay’s character.
