Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja welcome a baby boy, couple issues statement

It’s a boy! Actor Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja have now become proud parents of a baby boy. Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram Stories to send love to the new parents. She issued a statement on behalf of the Kapoor family and shared the good news with everyone. Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja welcomed their first child together on August 20, 2022, Saturday.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Neetu Kapoor stated a statement informing everyone about Sonam and Anand welcoming a baby boy. The statement reads: “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed hands and open hearts. Thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, friends and family who have supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning, but we know our lives are forever changed. Sonam & Anand.” Neetu Kapoor shared the statement and congratulated Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor on the birth of their grandson.

Meanwhile, Sonam had announced her pregnancy via a post on Instagram. The actress had shared photos of her caressing her baby bump while posing with her husband Anand. She had penned a long note and mentioned that Anand and she are expecting their first child in Fall 2022.
