Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor’s fashion label bags a PETA award

Sisters Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor recently launched their own fashion label Rheson, which is exclusively available at a leading apparel store. While the super fashionable and pocket friendly range is gaining wider popularity everyday, Sonam and Rhea were recently honoured by the Compassionate Business Award by PETA.

The celebrity sisters didn’t include any leather product in their range and the award came as a recognition to their compassion towards animals. “This has come as a pleasant surprise. Last year, Sonam won PETA’s Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity Award. She is known for her kindness towards animals and has recently turned a vegan herself.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez, a few years ago, was also awarded by PETA as she used her star-power to raise awareness towards better treatment for animals. She also owns a cosmetic line up called ‘Sealed With A Kiss’ which is not tested on animals.
