Sonam Kapoor shares adorable birthday wish for Anand Ahuja: You’re going to be the best dad

Actress Sonam Kapoor’s businessman husband Anand Ahuja turned a year older on July 29. To mark his special day, Sonam shared a heartfelt note to wish her hubby. Sonam also posted a series of pics alongside her birthday note. Some pics featured Sonam and Anand and some were the solo pics of Anand.

Sharing the pics, Sonam wrote, “My ? Husband, you’re selfless dedicated and so kind. I must have done something very right in life to be loved so unconditionally. No one compares to you and no one ever will.” She added, “Happy Birthday my sneaker obsessed, basketball fiend and spiritual seeker soulmate. You will always shine the brightest, because your light comes from pure goodness. Also you’re going to be the best dad, because you’re forever a student. Love you love you love you” with hashtags ‘everydayphenomenal’ and ‘birthdayboy’.

Anand replied back to her wish with the comment that read: “Wow. Can’t say I disagree with any of that. But you know that you’re my inspiration and my reason to learn, grow and improve every moment, every day.”

Sonam and Anand are expecting their first child. They had announced their pregnancy in March 2022. They tied the knot in May 2018. The Zoya Factor actress is due this Fall. The diva is currently in Mumbai with her family. A baby shower was supposed to be held but it got cancelled.

Earlier, in an interview with Vogue India, opening about her pregnancy phase, Sonam had said, “No one warns you how difficult it will be, but it will be difficult. Every week, every day, your body evolves, and you have new sensations. I can’t sleep sometimes because I have to go to the bathroom, sometimes I’m sleeping for 10-12 hours and no one can wake me up. I am usually an early riser and it was like at 8:30 and I just could not get out of bed”.
