Sonam Kapoor hits 8 million mark on Twitter!

Bollywood’s most fashion forward lady Sonam Kapoor seems to be on a record breaking spree. Her last film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ alongside Salman Khan had broken the box-office records set by previous blockbusters and the trailer of her upcoming film ‘Neerja’ has also set a benchmark with millions of people appreciating it on the internet. With this, Sonam has surely placed herself at one of the top positions in the list of favorite actresses from B-Town. She has garnered so much attention that almost 8 million people now want to know what this diva is up to!

Yes, Sonam recently announced that she has 8 million people following her on Twitter. This announcement too came on Twitter through a post from Sonam, wherein she thanked her fans for all the love and support showered on her. She tweeted, “And the twitter family is 8 million strong! Thanks for all the support you guys! Tons of love.” Along with the post, Sonam also uploaded a video appreciating the love and affection given to her by her fans. The video describes her next goal which is to get at least million more followers to follow her on Twitter by the end of January. She has promised her fans that she would do a video interview the day she achieves another milestone on Twitter.

It’s a tough goal indeed but looking at Sonam Kapoor’s enthusiasm this goal seems to be achievable. Plus, her upcoming film ‘Neerja’ is set to release on February 19, 2016. Film ‘Neerja’ is based on a real-life story a flight attendant Neerja Bhanot who sacrificed her life to save the lives of passengers on a hijacked flight.
