Sonam Kapoor launches her ‘High Street Fashion Line’ in Melbourne

Bollywood’s Fashionista Sonam Kapoor recently inaugurated the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne along with her father Anil Kapoor. The event was even attended by Kangana Ranaut and Imran Khan. Sonam Kapoor is there to attend not only the screening of her film ‘Khoobsoorat’ but also to introduce her high street fashion line.

Sonam Kapoor said, “High street fashion doesn’t work on Indian bodies…we wanted to make a clothing that works for us, in Indian weather. The hi end fashion line will be introduced in the first quarter of next year.”

For the event, Sonam Kapoor looked gorgeous dressed in a Chanel jacket teamed with a multi strap sandal from Aquazzura. She is attending the festival with her dad Anil Kapoor and friend and designer Anamika Khanna.
