Sonam Kapoor: Like it when photographers aren’t there at airports

Sonam Kapoor is one diva who gives us unlimited fashion goals. When she takes on the red carpet all decked up, you simply can’t take your eyes off her. She knows how to take her mesmerising beauty a few notches higher with the right attire. But surprisingly, she doesn’t enjoy being clicked at airports!

Airport spottings are the new cool these days, and we know actresses who are super conscious about their airport wardrobe. In fact, many a times, paparazzi would be called to click them at airports as they arrive or depart. For Sonam, however, it almost never happens. We still manage to click her, though!

“But, I am not going to take credit for the airport looks because I am one of those few actresses who like it when photographers are not there at airports. If people get to know about my airport outings, it’s either from a brand or a publicist; it’s never from me. I would never call paparazzi to take pictures of me while I’m enjoying my personal time,” the actress told a leading daily. “On the red carpet, I enjoy wearing clothes and dressing up. That only started once my sister Rhea (Kapoor) became my stylist. I just want to be myself. It wasn’t about conforming to a certain type that Bollywood is used to and Rhea helped me dress in what I was comfortable with,” she added.

Sonam and Rhea recently launched Rheson, a clothing lineup that’s already become popular among the urban shoppers.

On the professional front, Sonam is now filming ‘Padman’ with Akshay Kumar. She also has Sanjay Dutt’s biopic and Rhea Kapoor’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’.
