Sonam Kapoor looks ethereal in a yellow anarkali, father Anil Kapoor calls her ‘classic’

Sonam Kapoor on Thursday shared breathtaking photos of her in a yellow anarkali, in post on her Instagram. The actress dropped mesmerizing photos of herself, after she made a candid appearance in the city. She looked gorgeous in the traditional avatar. And, the new mom exudes grace and elegance in the photos that she shared on her social media account.

Taking to her Instagram, Sonam Kapoor shared some timeless photos of herself dressed perfectly in an Indian avatar. The actress looks beyond beautiful in the hand-embroidered anarkali by designer Gourang Shah.

Decoding Sonam’s look, she carried along with her a clutch by Michael Kors and donned pearl and stone studded earrings. Kapoor wore her hair up in a bun, wrapped around with a gajra of flowers. The actress was yet again by her sister, producer-designer Rhea Kapoor.

In the photos, one can also see how the actress opted for a round-shaped green bindi on her forehead, complimenting her look. She kept her makeup look subtle and looked scintillating.

After Sonam shared photos of herself on her Instagram, her parents, actor Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor quickly reacted to the post. Anil Kapoor made a comment on the post, and wrote, “Classic,” followed by a red heart icon. Sunita Kapoor dropped red hearts and showered love on her daughter.

Fans of Kapoor couldn’t help but shower praise on the new mom. One user commented, “Here comes the sun,” while another wrote, “Super Stunning.” A third fan called Sonam “Beautiful,” in the comments section of the post.

Meanwhile, this year has been extremely special for Sonam as she welcomed her first child with her husband, businessman Anand Ahuja. The actress revealed in a post that Anand Ahuja and she named their baby boy, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja.
