Sonam Kapoor starrer Blind will be releasing on an OTT platform. The actress plays the role of a blind cop in the upcoming film.

Sonam Kapoor will be making her comeback with Shome Makhija’s Blind. Blind will be her first film since she gave birth to her first child, son Vayu in August last year. The actress’ upcoming film will be releasing on JioCinema. The exciting new poster featuring Sonam will leave you beyond excited for the film. She lets her eyes do all the talking in the new poster.

JioCinema shared Sonam starrer Blind poster and announced the release date. The post was captioned saying, “Sometimes it’s hard to ‘see’ the truth. Are you ready to enter the darkness of her world? Watch #BlindOnJioCinema, streaming free 7 July onwards.”

For the uninitiated, Sonam plays a blind cop who is in search of a serial killer in the film. In April this year, Shome Makhija treated fans with photos of Sonam and gave a ‘glimpse into the world of #BLIND.’

Blind promises to bring to life a remarkable central character who triumps over seemingly insurmountable challenges. After delivering phenomenal performances in movies like Neerja and Ek Ladki Ki Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, Sonam is set to make a powerful comeback. She was last seen in The Zoya Factor. She then had a cameo appearance as herself in Netflix’x AK VS Ak, starring her father, actor Anil Kapoor and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. Going by her look from Blind, Sonam is back with a bang.

Apart from Sonam, Blind also stars Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, Lilette Dubey, and Shubham Saraf. Shome Makhija is directing Blind. Presented by Jio Studios, in association with RV Motion Pictures & Lead Films, a Kanai, Avma and Kross Pictures Production, Blind will premiere on 7^th July on JioCinema.
