Sonam Kapoor may be perceived as dumb by many of her fans, but she sure has a great presence of mind. The pretty lady always makes sure to stand up for what’s right. She did the same thing once again a little while ago. An online portal shared her upcoming movie, ‘The Zoya Factor’s poster and referred to as Dulquer Salmaan’s film in their headline. It didn’t go down well with Sonam, who immediately took to social media to blast the portal.
The online portal spoke about ‘The Zoya Factor’ clashing with ‘Commando 3’ with the headline, “Dulquer Salmaan’s The Zoya Factor to CLASH with Vidyut Jammwal’s Commando 3 at the box office.” Sonam took to Twitter to blast the website by writing back, “It’s called Zoya factor Bollywood life. I play Zoya (sic).” She clearly was offended by the website referring to the movie just as Dulquer Salmaan’s while she was the one who plays the titular role. Check out Sonam’s response right here:
Sonam surely is right in her stance by standing up for what she feels correct. However, it’s also a fact that the headline of any article is the prerogative of the specific website. A few months back Kriti Sanon and Taapsee Pannu had also blasted a website for not calling ‘Luka Chuppi’ and ‘Badla’ their films and referring to them as Kartik Aaryan and Amitabh Bachchan’s films respectively.
Anyways, ‘The Zoya Factor’ has had a shift of release dates. While it was first going to release on June 14 but was shifted over to September 20, and therefore it will hit theatres along with ‘Commando 3’. Both the films will be highly anticipated and it will be interesting to see which one comes up at the top in the box-office figures.
