‘The Zoya Factor’ motion poster: Meet Sonam Kapoor as ‘India Ka Lucky Charm’

The first motion poster of Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan starrer ‘The Zoya Factor’ is out. And we must say that it’s very unusual and amusing. In the motion poster, we see Sonam in an Indian goddess’ avatar but there’s a twist. She is holding a bat and helmet in her hand!

Sharing the motion poster, Sonam wrote, “Who needs Nimbu Mirchi, when you have Zoya Solanki! India’s lucky charm is here to turn tables around for you.“

Directed by Abhishek Sharma, ‘The Zoya Factor’ is an adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s 2008 novel of the same name. In the film, Sonam will be seen playing the role of Zoya Solanki who is an executive at an advertising agency. Interestingly, Zoya ends up becoming the lucky charm for the Indian cricket team. Dulquer Salmaan will be playing the captain of the cricket team.

Also starring Sanjay Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla and Sikander Kher, the film is being bankrolled by Fox Star Studios, Pooja Shetty and Aarrti Shetty. It will hit the silver screens on September 20, 2019.
