Rajjat Barjatya, cousin of filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya and the MD/CEO of Rajshri Media (owned by Rajshri Entertainment) passed away on Friday, July 29. He was battling cancer for last three months and was about to undergo a bone-marrow match.

Barjatya looked after the media wing of Rajshri production.
His cremation ceremony will take place on Sunday, July 31 at Worli Crematorium.
