Sooraj Pancholi BREAKS SILENCE after getting justice in the Jiah Khan death case

On Friday, a special CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) court gave its verdict in connection with the death of Jiah Khan. Sooraj Pancholi, who was accused of abeting the suicide of Jiah Khan, was found not guilty by the court. Now, Sooraj has reacted to getting justice in the Jiah Khan’s death case.

Sooraj reacts to the court’s judgement…

Sooraj Pancholi took to his Instagram stories and wrote, “The truth always wins” along with a red heart and folded hands emoji. The Hero actor also added the hashtag #GodisGreat.

Earlier today, Sooraj was spotted leaving for the court with mother Zarina Wahab and his entire team. The actor looked sad in the video. Given that the actor was found not guilty, Sooraj and his family can breathe a sigh of relief.

On Friday, Zarina who was present with her son at the court today, had shared how tough it all has been for her son. She also added, “I am fully confident that my son will get justice because he is innocent.”

For the uninitiated, Jiah Khan was found hanging at her home by her mother Rabia Khan on 3^rd June, 2013. Jiah had reportedly written a note describing her relationship with Sooraj. Post that, Jiah’s mother Rabia had accused Sooraj and his entire family for ‘mistreating’ her daughter when she was alive. Sooraj was in a relationship with Jiah at that time.

Sooraj was then arrested by the Mumbai police under the charges of abetment to suicide. After 20 days in prison, Sooraj Pancholi was released on bail. After his bail, Jiah Khan’s mother moved to the Bombay High Court. In 2014, the case was transferred to the CBI.
