Sooraj Pancholi’s ‘Hero’ trailer to release on July 15

Salman Khan‘s upcoming home production ‘Hero’ trailer will be released on July 15th. The movie marks the debut of two new comers Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty. Salman Khan who has been known to mentor a number of newcomers in Bollywood has now turned his attention to these two youngsters.

‘Hero’ is a remake of the much popular Subhash Ghai film that had marked the debut of Jackie Shroff. Now it has become the launching pad of Sooraj and Athiya. Recently Salman Khan had tweeted the first look of Sooraj Pancholi in the film. Soraj was seen flaunting his tattooed back in the poster that immediately went viral on the social network. Sources have revealed that that Salman Khan is taking a lot of interest with the editing of the movie and also has designed the poster of Hero. He has even sat down and edited the trailer with director Nikhil Advani.

Sources said, “There were portions in the trailer which are not part of the feature film. For example the shot of Sooraj’s back on the screen was initially supposed to be without dialogue. Salman insisted there should be a monologue by Sooraj Pancholi in the shot where we only see the debutant’s back on screen. Nothing regarding the publicity of Hero will be done without Salman’s consent. Once Salman’s own film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is released he will be pitching in fully to promote Hero.”
