Sooryavanshi director Rohit Shetty as fans rejoice outside theatres post movie release: ‘Fighting the battle for two years was worth’

Sooryavanshi directed by filmmaker Rohit Shetty released in theatres today, on Friday, November 5. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. It also features Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh. As Sooryavanshi released in theatres today, Rohit Shetty made a post, expressing his gratitude. The filmmaker shared a video on his Instagram stories and thanked fans for showering love on the film. Rohit Shetty expressed his emotions after watching a massive crowd celebrating the movie release outside the theatres in the city.

Filmmaker Milap Zaveri took to his Instagram to share a video of the audience celebrating the release of Sooryavanshi outside theatres. Rohit spoke about how he has been fighting the battle for two years. Shetty shared the video and wrote, “Fighting the battle for two years was worth for this love by the audience. (sic)” Shetty shared the caption, followed by a red heart and folded hands emoji.

Talking about the video, it shows a massive crowd of people dancing and bursting crackers outside a movie theatre. The clip also features a queue of people waiting to purchase the tickets to watch Sooryavanshi.

Meanwhile, sharing the video, Milap Zaveri spoke about Sooryavanshi bringing the audience to the cinemas. The filmmaker said that he had said at the beginning of the pandemic that the day Sooryavanshi releases, it will rock the cinemas.
