‘SOTY 2’ actress Ananya Panday thanks teacher Punit Malhotra by posting a funny video

The entire country is celebrating Teachers’ Day today by dedicating heartfelt messages to their gurus. Our B-town celebrities too marked the occasion by posting some really heartwarming messages for their mentors and teachers.

Actor Chunky Pandey’s daughter, Ananya is all set to mark her Bollywood debut with Dharma Production’s upcoming film ‘Student of The Year 2‘ which is being helmed by Punit Malhotra. Since ‘SOTY2’ is her first film, Punit is being a director as well as a teacher for the newbie. Ananya wished ‘Teachers’ Day’ to her teacher and director Punit by sharing a very funny video on Instagram.

In the video, we can see Punit literally throwing Ananya out of a raft as they went river-rafting in Rishikesh. Ananya posted the video alongside the caption,”Even though the Teacher-Student roles are often reversed ? Happy teachers’s day @punitdmalhotra ❤ thank you for all the “lessons” ? #SOTY2″

Looks like Punit is having a gala time teaching some really interesting lessons to his students.

Ananya seems to be more than happy to have a director like him. On his birthday (May 13), she gifted him an adorable handmade cap and a handwritten note.
