This Bollywood actress has bagged a role in Gal Gadot’s ‘Wonder Woman 1984’

We all known Gal Gadot’s ‘Wonder Woman’ is all set to return with the second instalment titled, ‘Wonder Woman 1984’. But we are sure you are not aware of the fact that a Bollywood actress is all set to feature in the same.

It’s not Priyanka Chopra or Deepika Padukone, it’s Soundarya Sharma. In a statement to IANS, she revealed how excited she is to be part of the DC universe. “This I can say is a ‘dream coming true’ situation. It’s exhilarating to be a part of such a larger than life character film where you get to play your dream role. I have always dreamt of playing such a character and idolised it.”

Earlier, she had shared an edited picture of herself as Wonder Woman and captioned it, “I have a secret to share guys, I can’t hold it any longer… ‘I am the real WONDER WOMAN!’” She also considers Gal Gadot her icon.”

Soundarya Sharma made her Bollywood debut with Anupam Kher and Jimmy Sheirgill in ‘Ranchi Diaries’. According to recent reports, the actress will soon begin shooting for the film by the end of the October. Directed by Patty Jenkins, the movie also stars Chris Pine.
