We all know about actor Sonu Sood’s philanthropic efforts during the lockdown last year. He is responsible for thousands of stranded daily wagers going back to their home during the lockdown. Sonu has managed everything single-handedly.
Recognising the contributions made by Sonu Sood during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic, budget airline SpiceJet has introduced a one-of-its-kind Sonu Sood livery draped on one of its Boeing 737 aircraft.
In a series of posts on Twitter, SpiceJet said: “The phenomenally-talented Sonu Sood has been a messiah to lakhs of Indians during the pandemic, helping them reunite with their loved ones, feed their families and more.”
Thanking the actor for his contribution, the airline mentioned that it was proud to be partners in the actor’s deeds of extraordinary compassion for the people. “While there is no apt way to thank him for his immense efforts, here is a small gesture from SpiceJet to acknowledge him and his amazing contributions. Introducing our one-of-its-kind Sonu Sood livery draped on Mustard, one of our lovely Boeing 737 aircraft,” the airline said.
