THIS actress feels Kangana Ranaut is not the right choice for Jayalalithaa’s biopic

On March 23rd i.e Kangana Ranaut‘s birthday, it was announced that she will be starring in the biopic of veteran actress and the former CM of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalithaa. Kangana expressed her excitement on being a part of this bilingual project which is titled ‘Jaya’ and ‘Thalaivi’. South’s celebrated filmmaker AL Vijay is going to helm the project.

While everyone is excited to see Kangana play Jayalalithaa on the silver screen, looks like this Tollywood actress is not at all happy with this development. Yes, we are talking about actress Sri Reddy who recently shared her views regarding the biopic on her Facebook page.

In her post, Reddy wrote, “This biopic is so important and helpful for our next generations to know her..any of our south Indian lady actress is fine but no “Kangana Ranaut”.

Let’s see what Kangana has to say about Sri’s disapproval.

For this biopic, Kangana said she will be learning Tamil to get her diction right. Recently reports of Kangana being paid a whopping 24 crores for this biopic have been doing the rounds. Putting all the rumours to rest, the film’s producer Vishnu Vardhan Induri said, ” Kangana deserves every bit of remuneration she is getting, we are very happy to have her on our team, but the details can’t be disclosed. It’s a matter between the talent and the producer; no one else is authorised to talk about it.”

Apart from this biopic, Kangana also has ‘Panga’, ‘Mental Hai Kya’ and ‘Imli’ in her kitty.
