Sridevi death anniversary: Janhvi Kapoor pens an emotional note as she remembers her mother

Late actress Sridevi left this world, for her heavenly abode on this very day, four years ago. Her untimely and sudden demise left fans and close ones heartbroken. The actor’s death came as a huge shock to everyone. And she has been deeply missed by fans and family ever since.  Thursday marks the death anniversary of Sridevi. On this sad day, her daughter, Janhvi Kapoor remembered her mother Sridevi on her death anniversary. The Mr and Mrs Mahi actress penned an emotional note remembering her mother.

Janhvi Kapoor shared a throwback photo from her childhood. She shared a photo that features her with mother Sridevi. The late actress is clicked flashing a smile for the camera, while holding little Janhvi, who is standing right next to her mom.

Kapoor shared the photo and wrote a note. In the note, Janhvi wrote, “I’ve still lived more years with you in my life than without. But I hate that another year has been added to a life without you. I hope we make you proud mumma, because that’s the only thing that keeps us going. Love you forever. (sic)”

Many celebrities reacted to Janhvi’s post and send her love. Sanjay Kapoor, Shashank Khaitaan, Shanaya Kapoor, Athiya Shetty, Manish Malhotra, Sunita Kapoor, Aliyah Kashyap, Bhavna Panday and many others sent Janhvi love.

Earlier in the day, Khushi Kapoor, Sridevi’s younger daughter shared a post remembering her mother. She too shared a throwback picture with Sridevi from her childhood.

Sridevi breathed her last on February 24, 2018 in Dubai. The actress was in Dubai, attending the wedding of her nephew Mohit Marwah. She passed away just months before Janhvi’s Bollywood debut movie Dhadak.
