SRK races ahead of Salman in the list of 10 most followed Indian accounts on Twitter

We have reached the end of the year 2017 and its time to analyse everything that has happened throughout the year. Starting with the number of followers our Bollywood stars have gained over Twitter, the list of top 10 most followed Indian accounts reveals that the ‘Baadshah’ Shah Rukh Khan is a step ahead of the ‘Dabangg’ Khan Salman Khan. As per the list shared, Shah Rukh Khan holds third position with 30.9 million followers while Salman Khan is on the fourth position with 28.5 million followers. SRK as well as Salman have witnessed around 40% growth in the number of their followers as compared to last year. Last year, SRK had approximately 22.1 Million followers while Salman had 20.3 Million followers. Clearly, in this race of acquiring the maximum number of fans on Twitter, SRK has won the battle. And of course, if we scan the Twitter handles of both these celebs, SRK comes out to be more active on the platform as compared to Salman Khan. This seems to have worked in his favour. Time to buck up, Salman Khan fans.

The other stars who have made up to this list of top 10 most followed Indian accounts on Twitter, we have Amitabh Bachchan making it to the second position followed by Shah Rukh, Salman, Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan and Deepika Padukone. Hrithik Roshan holds the ninth position.

On the work front, Salman is awaiting the release of his big film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ while Shah Rukh Khan is shooting for Aanand L Rai’s next wherein he would be sharing the screen space with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
