Sushant Singh Rajput impressed one and all with his portrayal of the former Indian Cricket Team Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in his biopic titled ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’. His dedication and hard work paid off and critics had only good things to say about him. The handsome hunk also bagged various awards at prestigious award ceremonies for the same. But the biggest one has come in now. He has been awarded the best actor trophy at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
Sushant took to his Twitter handle to share the news and posted a picture from the event where he received the award. Apart from Sushant, Alankrita Srivastava’s ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’ too made a roaring noise at the award ceremony. The eighth edition of the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2017 kicked off with the Australian premiere of this film. Konkona Sensharma and the director were present at the ceremony. Talking about SSR, he would next be seen in a film called ‘Chanda Mama Door Ke’ wherein he would be essaying the role of an astronaut.
