Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Stree’, a horror-comedy, is all set to hit the screens on August 31. The duo took to social media to unveil the scary poster.

The actor also shared a teaser of the film. The short clip shows a deserted town with no one in sight. But we can only hear a voice saying “O Stree, kal aana.” A message at the starting of the short clip reads: “The film is based on a ‘ridiculously’ true phenomenon. ‘Stree’ is based on an urban legend set in a small village named Chanderi in Bhopal.
The film is directed by Amar Kaushik and is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Raj and DK. The writer-director duo is back together after the zombie comedy, ‘Go Goa Gone’.
