The Archies song Sunoh BTS video: Suhana Khan was ‘shaking’ before acing the skating shot, Agastya Nanda learned to play guitar- WATCH

Zoya Akhtar’s directorial film The Archies is one of the most awaited films this year. The release date is inching closer and fans are excited about it. The Archies’ first song Sunoh released recently by the makers. It received a good response from fans. Now, the makers have dropped a fun BTS video of the song. The video features The Archies cast spilling interesting anecdotes from the shoot.

Agastya, who is making his Bollywood debut with The Archies, said, “First day of shoot was like really built up in my head. Like this is it.” He added, “I learnt how to play the guitar, the piano, and I tried to sing but they didn’t take my voice.” Ankit Tiwari, who is the music composer, added, “We would sometimes switch the music off, and they would sing. Even though Agastya sings off-key.”

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, who is also making her Bollywood debut, features moving in rollerblades in the song. She said, “I was actually shaking before I did that and I’d been skating for so long. It was so frustrating.”

The legendary Javed Akhtar also shared how he contributed to the song. He said, “I realised that whatever vocabulary I have, I will have to forget almost 85 percent of it.”

Dot shared, “The whole thing about Sunoh is that we’re just annoucing that this is us. Listen to us. We’re not going to take no for an answer, and this is our story.”

Sunoh is sung by Tejas and Shivam Mahadevan and composed by Ankit Tiwari & The Islanders.

The upcoming film stars Suhana as Veronica Lodge, Khushi Kapoor as Betty Cooper and Agastya Nanda as Archie Andrews. Apart from them, Dot plays Ethel Muggs, Mihir Auja is Jughead Jones, Vedang Raina stars as Reggie Mantle, and Yuvraj Menda plays Dilton Doiley. The Archies will release on 7^th December, 2023.
