Suhana Khan to fly back home after brother Aryan Khan’s release from jail?

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Sushana Khan will be reportedly returning to the country after brother Aryan Khan was released from jail today. Aryan Khan was released from Arthur Road Jail today along with the other accused in the cruise ship drug case. Suhana Khan is currently in New York, USA completing her studies and she had not come back home after her brother’s arrest.

As per a report by ETimes, the Khans had asked Suhana to stay back in NYC given the chaotic environment around Aryan’s arrest. Now that Aryan Khan has returned home from jail, Suhana is expected to arrive in Mumbai soon.

Suhana had not reacted to Aryan’s arrest. But when he got bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28 she had shared a heartfelt post for her brother. She had shared a collage of childhood pics with Aryan and her father Shah Rukh Khan. The caption read, “I Love You (sic)”

Meanwhile, Aachit Kumar, a 22-year-old student who was accused of being Aryan Khan’s drug “supplier”  has been granted bail by the Special NDPS Court along with six other accused. As per Live Law Twitter, bail was granted to event organizers of the cruise party – Gopalji Anand, Samir Sehgal, Manav Singhal and Bhaskar Arora.

Aryan Khan and other there accused were granted bail based on 14 conditions that include, execute a personal of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties, no attempt to influence witnesses, not indulge in any activities similar to the activities on the basis of which the Crime stand registered by the NCB and others. Juhi Chawla had signed the surety bond for Aryan Khan in the special NDPS court (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) on Friday
