Last year too Uday had shared few tweets regarding mental illness. Reportedly he is suffering from depression from last few years.
If you or a loved one is suffering from a mental illness get help.
Remember you cannot will it away. You cannot just “think positive” or “shake it off” or “be strong”
It’s the same as asking a person with a broken leg to just walk it off
There is no shame in it; help is available— Uday Chopra (@udaychopra) June 9, 2018
Uday, son of the iconic filmmaker Yash Chopra marked his Bollywood debut with ‘Mohabbatein’, but despite having a dream launch the actor’s career failed to take off. Uday starred in some of the Yash Raj Banner films like ‘Pyaar Impossible’ and ‘Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai’ but all of them went on to tank at the box office. His only mentionable role is in the hit ‘Dhoom’ franchise.
The actor was last seen in ‘Dhoom 3’ that released in 2013. Post that Uday has gained a lot of weight. We hope that he gets well soon and overcomes this difficult phase of his life.
