Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘Kahaani 2’ goes on the floor

Filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh is back with ‘Kahaani 2’, a sequel to the superhit 2012 thriller ‘Kahaani’. The film starring Arjun Rampal & Vidya Balan in leads has gone on the floors today.

The director confirmed the news by taking to his Twitter and sharing it with his followers. “in gratitude for the love you gave our first film. we will work even harder to live up to your expectations :)”, he wrote.

This is the first time that Arjun and Vidya will be pairing up on the big screen. Not many have imagined them as a pair and it indeed comes as a pleasant surprise.

‘Kahaani’ earned over 1 billion rupees worldwide and bagged several National Awards. We have high hopes on the sequel too!
