Sumeet Vyas feels dejected as he can’t pamper his pregnant wife Ekta Kaul; says, “It’s not a nice feeling”

Actor couple Sumeet Vyas and Ekta Kaul recently announced that they are expecting their first child. The gorgeous couple is obviously over the moon but owing to the lockdown situation they are facing a little trouble.

Due to the given situation, Sumeet has been unable to pamper his pregnant wife and obviously he isn’t feeling nice about it. Sharing how he is unable to fulfil his pregnant wife’s food cravings, Sumeet told Hindustan Times, “There is no room for mood swings. There is no room for cravings, she can’t demand anything and I can’t get anything for her. It is not a nice feeling. This is a time when ideally I would have preferred to pamper her with whatever she wants.”

The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actor also stated that owing to the pandemic, he can’t take his wife out even for their regular date nights. They have completely isolated themselves from others and step out of their house only once a week when Ekta feels suffocated sitting at home.

However, Sumeet also stated that these are very small sacrifices and he is grateful for everything he has been blessed with. “These are very small sacrifices that we are making. In the larger scheme of things, we should be grateful for the things we have — a home to live, food to eat, it is a blessing indeed.” Ekta’s due date is in June.
