Suniel Shetty and Govinda were one of the leading actors of the 90s era. Both of them ruled the Hindi cinema in their own way and won millions of hearts. However, when they were working in the era of multistarrer, Suniel and Govinda are among the few actors who have not worked together quite often. The two shared the screen space in Loot (2011). Nevertheless, did you know that Suniel is actually upset with the Hero No. 1 actor?
Well, it was all in good spirits. During a recent interview, the Dhadkan actor called Govinda the god of acting and has all the potential to give one a complex if he stands in front of them. Despite praising him, Shetty is miffed with him because he is not doing more films.
Suniel Shetty praises Govinda:
During a conversation with ETimes, Suniel Shetty said “One of the finest performers that we will ever see. He takes a step, and he makes your heart warm. He was born to impress. He was born to be idolised. He is God when it comes to acting. He gives you a complex when he stands with you or performs in front of you. And, he is a very nice and humble human being.”
The Hera Pheri actor further mentioned him being upset with the Coolie No. 1 actor and added “I am upset with him because he is not working enough. He’s not working every day. He needs to get back. We are missing Chi-Chi bhaiyya in a massive way.”
Now, this is what we call a true friendship among actors which is so rare. The way Suniel Shetty talked about his colleague Govinda shows the kind of good human being he is in today’s world. Anna genuinely has a good heart.
When it comes to Suniel Shetty’s work, the actor is currently getting an immense amount of love from the audience for his performance in the web series Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega. It has been released on Amazon miniTV. The star cast of the Indian Television series also includes Jackie Shroff, Esha Deol, Barkha Bisht and Rahul Dev in pivotal roles. He is also gearing up for the release of Hera Pheri 3.
