Suniel Shetty says ‘Jaldi hogi’ when asked about daughter Athiya Shetty-KL Rahul wedding

Actor Suniel Shetty recently confirmed the wedding of his daughter, actress Athiya Shetty to cricketer KL Rahul. The actor indirectly shared a confirmation and said it will take place soon when asked to share an update on the wedding. Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have been painting the town red with their romance for a while now. And, in the past few months, the couple has made news for their rumoured wedding.

At the launch event of his crime thriller series Dharavi Bank, Suniel Shetty was asked about the wedding of his daughter Athiya Shetty to cricketer KL Rahul. According to a quoted report in Pinkvilla, the Dharavi Bank actor said, “Jaldi hogi (it will happen soon).”

Meanwhile, talking about Athiya and Rahul, on several occasions, the actress has taken to her Instagram and rubbished marriage rumours. In the meantime, the family has not yet shared an update on the wedding, officially. Going by reports, the couple is planning to tie the knot by this year-end.

KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty made their relationship official when they made an appearance on the red carpet, at the premiere of the movie Tadap, featuring Ahan Shetty. The couple was even seen posing for family photos. Before that, Athiya and Rahul continued to drop mushy posts for each other on their Instagram, wishing each other on birthday’s.

It was recently that the Motichoor Chaknachoor actress celebrated her birthday. Athiya rang her 30th birthday with Rahul, abroad. On her birthday, the cricketer even made a heartwarming post for his ladylove. He even shared some mushy photos of them together. Athiya later gave a peek into her birthday celebrations with Rahul.
