Suniel Shetty’s exit from CCL affects Salman Khan’s team

When Bollywood stars come together for a competitive sporting event, then a suggestion for them – Do keep your ego’s home, or sparks are bound to fly. Salman Khan’s brother Sohail Khan’s ‘Mumbai Heroes’ were going great guns when a tension developed between the captain of the team Suniel Shetty and Aftab Shivdasani. This bad blood between the two led to the team losing out in the semi finals.

As per sources, Skipper Suneil felt that Aftab Shivdasani was a slow player, and on the other hand Aftab blamed Suneil for being biased. Ultimately things reached to a showdown between the two, that had a miffed Suneil skipping the most important matches. So though the ‘Mumbai Heroes’ won a couple of games, they lost the all-important semi-final matches against the Karnataka Bulldozers. It is believed that Suniel’s exceptional batting skills could have made all he difference.

Salman Khan who is the brand ambassador for the team, is very much unhappy with the turn of events that led to the team losing out in the semis. Seems like he will have to teach his players to work as a team rather as stars if they want to win the cup.
