Sunil Grover is hospitalised after getting diagnosed with dengue

Ace-comedian Sunil Grover has been hospitalised after being diagnosed with dengue on Thursday night. He has been admitted to Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the actor was feeling feverish and weak post his return from Delhi on August 25. A source close to him has even informed Mumbai Mirror saying, “Once he was back from Delhi he said he was down with viral fever. But after checkup he got to know, he was suffering from dengue.” [sic]

TOI too contacted the actor to confirm the news. To which, Sunil Grover has confirmed about him being unwell. Many would be aware, that not only on TV but Sunil has also made a mark for himself in films. It’s been a while since the actor walked out of Kapil Sharma’s show, and he has been doing a lot of live shows and tours across the globe for the last three to five months, which includes shows in Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Colombo, Brunei, Dubai and Macau.

On being asked about his plans of coming back with a full-fledged show of his own, Sunil joked while quoting to TOI, “Currently, I am focusing on increasing my platelets.” [sic]
