Sunita opened up about her birthday routine and mentioned that Govinda has been absent from the celebrations for 12 years. Speaking to Curly Tales, she said, “Pati-bacche, khud ke liye kab jeeyoge aap? Har saal birthday mein subah main bohot puja-paath karti hoon. Jaise 8 bajta hain, bottle khol ke akele cake kaat ke daaru pee leti hoon (When will you live for yourself if you keep thinking about a family? Every year, on my birthday, I go to the temple in the morning. As soon as it’s 8 pm, I cut a cake alone, open a bottle all by myself and start drinking).”

Sunita added, “Dono balance ho jaata hain. Mera puja bhi ho jaata hain aur party bhi ho jaata hai (That way, both sides are balanced. I pray and party, all at once). Aapka janam hota hain, aap akele paida hote ho. Maroge bhi aap akele. Zindagi khud ke liye bhi jeena chahiye (You come to this world alone and you also die alone. One must learn how to live for oneself).”
