Director JP Dutta, who is known to depict reality in his movies, has decided to remake a sequel to Border. His hit war film with Sunny Deol once again a part of it. Border was based on real occurrence of the 1971 war, with Sunny essaying the role of a Sikh commanding officer.

As per sources, a statement was released,”We are happy to announce that Sunny Deol will be part of star-cast. Other names are in the deliberation stage. However, for now Sunny has been roped in for a pivotal role, since he was an integral part of ‘Border.In this movie he will not play the role of a Sikh but would be once again seen in a role of a commanding officer.”
Border 2 will also be based on true events and will be going on floor by October end. And going by the past this too will be a block-buster.
