Sunny Deol – We are working on Ghayal sequel

Sunny Deol all set to hit the big screen once again with Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 along with his father Dharmendra and brother Bobby Deol, speaks about a subject close to his heart, a sequel of Ghayal, he reveals that he had thought about making its sequel in the 90’s but did not receive any support then  as people were not much familiar with sequels.

According to sources, Sunny said, “I liked the concept of ‘Ghayal’ and wanted to make a second part of the film but no director or producer was ready at that time. When we started making sequels, I thought ‘Ghayal’ should be the first film to have a second part because there was a scope to take the story forward.”

He further added,”We are working on it right now, Earlier we had some problem with the director and the script. But everything is sorted now. ‘Ghayal’ is such an iconic film and it’s a big challenge to satisfy the audience again, we will take a new face for the movie. We are holding auditions but we haven’t got the talent and beauty that Meenakshi had.”
