‘Super 30’: Anand Mahindra confirms Anand Kumar’s claims of having refused monetary grant

Anand Kumar has been making headlines since the past few months ever since he started promoting his biopic ‘Super 30’, which stars Hrithik Roshan in the lead. The ace mathematician and had recently claimed in many interviews that he had been given grants by many popular businessmen to expand his ‘Super 30’ classes, but he refused to take their grant. He mentioned Anand Mahindra’s name as well. Now, the Chairman of the Mahindra Group has come out in the open and confirmed Anand Kumar’s claims to be true.

“I remain an admirer of how he’s changed the lives of so many,” Anand Mahindra praises the ‘Super 30’ teacher, Anand Kumar. Anand Mahindra took to his official social media handle and tweeted, “Anand Kumar says in the article that he turned down my offer to fund his efforts. I confirm that when we met, he courteously declined my offer of financial support. I remain an admirer of how he’s changed the lives of so many (sic).” Anand Mahindra even shared a picture with Anand Kumar.

Seeing the dedication of Anand Kumar towards his ‘Super 30’ program and their students, Anand Mahindra was moved by his great gesture of courteously declining financial support from him that he had offered back in the day.
