Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar are tough as nails in this new ‘Sonchiriya’ poster

Bollywood as an industry has come a long way over the last 15 years or so. The current generation of filmmakers likes to take risks and are not afraid to try new things. The 2018 year was filled with films like ‘Badhaai Ho’ and ‘Stree’, which focussed more on strong content and it turned out to be a huge success.

Now, Sushant Singh Rajput took to Instagram and shared the new poster of his film ‘Sonchiriya’. The film’s primary plot deals with the dacoits of central India and the film will attempt to give a glimpse into their lives. Interestingly, the film’s trailer is getting released tomorrow.

The film’s making has been quite tough and actors have shot for the film in the valleys of Madhya Pradesh. They have undergone extensive physical training to get into the skin of their respective characters. Sushant Singh Rajput from the teaser looked like a real dacoit and we are eagerly waiting for the trailer.

Indian audiences have really taken the liking to rural subjects and with the story revolved around dacoity and conflict, it will definitely be intriguing.

‘Sonchiriya’ is directed by Abhishek Chaubey and also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana. The film is slated to release on February 8, 2019.
