Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Ex-Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey regrets his ‘aukaat’ comment about Rhea Chakraborty?

Former DGP Gupteshwar Pandey, who was quite a significant name when the Sushant Singh Rajput case caught heat. He was mentioned a lot during the tussle between the Bihar and Maharashtra government when it came to investigating the late actor’s case. Gupteshwar Pandey had also made headlines when he had made the ‘aukaat’ commnet against Rhea Chakraborty in a media interaction. This was nlot taken well by the fasn and he had apologosed when found out that it was taken as derogatory.

Recently in an interview with Times Of India, Pandey was asked if he regrets his comment againt Rhea Chakraborty. He said that for him the english meaning of aukaat means stature. He said it on the same lines. But belives that since it was taken as derogartory by many and Pandey had taken his words back by apologizing, he said, “I took my words back immediately.”

Further talking about going down the spiritual road and becoming a preacher, he said, “There comes a point when you want to know the purpose of life, and in knowing God. I am no exception. My only interest lies in God now and this transformation is not sudden. We think that material achievements will make us happy, but the real happiness lies in God. I only want to serve God now.”
