Sushant Singh Rajput’s case was taken over by the Central Bureau Of Investigation after the Supreme Court had passed their verdict on the same. The agency has collected all the necessary evidence and is also interrogating the prime suspects. But, if the latest reports are anything to go by then the CBI team hasn’t found any evidence so far that proves the late actor was murdered.
According to a report in India Today, the portal claims that three officers of the CBI who are working on the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case have independently revealed that so far they have not found any such evidence that suggests that the ‘Chhichhore’ star was murdered. Reportedly the officials are focussing on suicide angle and examining if a case of abetment to suicide can be made.
So far, the CBI has done a reconstruction of the crime scenes and they have assessed all the evidence that Mumbai Police had collected. They have interrogated the prime suspects in the case multiple times and that includes Rhea Chakraborty, her family and Sushant’s associates. CBI is said to be concentrating on the suicide angle but they are not completely closing the murder probe.
