Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: NCB interrogates his former manager Shruti Modi; ex-talent manager Jaya Saha also summoned

After arresting Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Sushant Singh Rajput’s house manager Samuel Miranda and house help Dinesh Sawant, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has now summoned the late actor’s ex-manager Shruti Modi and ex-talent manager Jaya Saha.

The NCB will be interrogating Jaya and Shruti today. Reportedly, the NCB will question them about the alleged consumption of banned drugs by Sushant and his girlfriend Rhea.

Jaya Saha’s name had cropped up after ED recovered the deleted chats between her and Rhea. Their conversation hinted at their dealings with banned drugs. In fact, a part of their conversation also revealed that Jaya had texted Rhea allegedly helping her to use a particular drug.

According to a report in India TV, the NCB will ask Jaya and Shruti if they were aware of the drug use and delivery to Sushant and Rhea. So far NCB has arrested several drug peddlers and suppliers in connection with this case. Shruti reached NCB office by 10:30 am today.

Meanwhile, Rhea will remain in judicial custody till September 22 after her bail plea was rejected by the session court. The actress is now expected to move High Court with her bail application.
