After Kerala faced the wrath of nature because of floods, north-eastern state Nagaland too is affected by the same. While a lot of coverage was given to Kerala floods, the media hardly focused on the plights of flood-affected people in Nagaland.
After donating Rs 1 crore for the Kerala flood victims (that too on behalf of his fan), actor Sushant Singh Rajput showcased his generosity once again and has now donated Rs. 1. 25 crore to Neiphiu Rio, the Chief Minister of Nagaland. Sushant personally went to the state to lend his support for restoring lives in the flood-affected region.
Thanking Sushant for his generous donation, CM Neiphiu Rio, took to Twitter and wrote, “I am moved at the kind gesture made by @itsSSR and his team towards #NagalandFloods and willingness to help #Nagaland at this crucial hour. Your contribution is encouraging and I hope to see the rest of the nation come forward selflessly, to #DonateForNagaland”
He also shared a few pictures from his interaction with the actor. You can check his post here:

On the other hand, Sushant thanked the CM for his hospitality as he wrote, “Thank you Sir for your precious time. And thank you so much for this wonderful friendship Gong, the sound surely celebrates an everlasting friendship. Thanks once again Sir for your hospitality,

Sushant Singh is certainly a man with a golden heart. Keep up the good work, Sushant. You make us so proud.
On the work front, Sushant will be next seen in ‘Kizie Aur Manny’ which is an official adaptation of the Hollywood film ‘The Fault In Our Stars’. Apart from that, he also has ‘Sonchiriya’ in his kitty.
