Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer on Showik Chakraborty’s arrest: This is just the tip of the iceberg

The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda after raiding their residences and interrogating them for long hours. Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh has reacted to the arrest of Showik saying that ‘this is just the tip of the iceberg’.

While talking to ZoomTV, Vikas said, “All I want to say is that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Just imagine what all Mumbai Police is hiding from everyone and this is just the tip of the iceberg.” Earlier, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde had said that drug charge is a bailable offence. When Vikas was asked about it, he said, “He says narcotics charge is a bailable offence? I don’t even know what to say then.”

It was yesterday night, Samuel and Showik were arrested and confirming their arrest, NCB Joint Director Sameer Wankhede told ANI, “We have arrested two persons, we will be producing them in the court.” NCB Deputy Director KPS Malhotra told India Today, “It’s a procedural matter. That is what we are following. It is being done at Rhea’s and Samuel Miranda’s house.”

Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Zaid and Kaizen Ibrahim are taken to Sion Hospital in Mumbai for COVID-19 test: KPS Malhotra told ANI.

The latest report also suggests that the NCB is likely to reach the talent manager, Shruti Modi’s house.
