Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14th. The actor committed suicide at his Bandra residence. Sushant was a lot into astronomy and physics. The California State Assembly has recognised the contributions of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, on the occasion of Independence Day. Sushant’s sister expressed gratitude on her social media profile.
Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kriti took to her Instagram handle to share a picture of the certificate she received on Sushant’s behalf. The caption read, “On the occasion of Indian Independence Day California recognizes my brother’s (Sushant) overall contribution to society. California is with us…. are you? In an interview with India Today, Shweta said, “It’s a great privilege for me to accept this honour from California State Assembly, on behalf of my brother, in remembrance and appreciation of his philanthropic work and contributions to Indian cinema. I thank the Assembly members and the Indian American community for their continuous support in these hours of crisis.”
Sushant’s family have been fighting for justice for Sushant, it was reported that on Friday Sushant’s family have recorded their statement with the CBI and handed over the necessary evidence.
When Sushant’s diary was revealed, it showed that Sushant was planning to make his Hollywood debut this year.
