According to an ANI report, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh said, “The family is definitely having grave doubt that this is not suicide but a murder.”

Recently, according to a report in India Today, three CBI officers who are working on the Sushant’s death case have independently told them that so far they have not found any such evidence that suggests that the actor was murdered. However, the investigation is still open. Apparently the officials are focussing on suicide angle and examining if a case of abetment to suicide can be made.

Vikas Singh also warned media outlets about running a smear campaign against Sushant’s sisters. He even clarified that the actor had no insurance policy that would have benefitted his family if it is proved that he was murdered. He even warned filmmakers and writers that no films, series or books can be made on the actor without the family’s consent.
