Sushant Singh Rajput is still riding high on the success of his last venture, ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’, which had a pretty successful run at the box office. The movie went on to make 100 crore and the actor will next be seen in ‘Raabta’, opposite Kriti Sanon.
But more than his films, it is his link-ups that have been in news. The actor was in a live-in relationship with his ‘Pavitra Rishta’ co-star Aankita Lokhaande, for a few years before they called it quits last year. Sushant was then linked to his ‘Raabta’ co-star, ‘Kriti Sanon’ but the couple kept on denying such rumours. Recently, during an interview, he was asked about his link-ups, to which he stated, “When you are successful, you get talked about a lot. If you fail, people will stop talking about you. I’m aware that people get attracted to your success, not you.”
Sushant was further asked if he feels lonely, now that he has been single for more than an year. The actor said, “Even when I was living with my family, I would feel lonely at times. I have experienced that the more you take yourself seriously, the lonelier you feel. When I was in school, I was allowed to play my video game from 4-5.30 pm and every day I would wait for those few hours. I’ve lived the last 10 years like that… Waiting for those few hours of my own time. Once I engage myself in work, nothing else bothers me.”
Asked if he is single? Sushant happily states, “Yes I am! Can’t you see the excitement?”
On work front, Sushant will next be seen in ‘Raabta’ opposite Kriti Sanon. He will also be seen in ‘Drive’, opposite Jacqueline Fernandez.
