Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 at his Bandra residence. He had allegedly committed suicide. The death case is currently investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Every day, new revelations are cropping up in the case.
The NCB is probing the drug nexus in Bollywood and as per a report in Times Now, five days before Sushant’s death, he sent an SOS to his sister Meetu Singh. Reportedly, on June 9, 2020, Sushant tried to call Rhea Chakraborty ‘several times’ and even made a distress call to his sister Meetu. Sushant called his sister Meetu Singh, alleging “Ye mujhey phasayenge (They will frame me)”.
As per reports, in the message, Sushant wrote, “Mujhe darr lag raha hai, mujhe maar denge (I am scared, I will be killed).”

The NCB has so far arrested several people in the drug cartel case including Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty, Sushant’s ex-aide Samuel Miranda and house help Dipesh Sawant.
Also, Deepika Padukone’s name has come up in the drug angle case and NCB is likely to summon her this week.
