Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has left several questions unanswered. The actor didn’t leave behind any suicide note and that has made his suicide case all the more complicated. There are several theories and conjectures going around the cause of his death.
The late actor’s fans and some of Bollywood celebs like Kangana Ranaut and Shekhar Suman have demanded a CBI enquiry. In fact, even Rhea Chakraborty requested Amit Shah to start a CBI enquiry. However, the recent update states that Sushant’s suicide case won’t be transferred to CBI. Read on to know the details.
Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh has clearly stated that Sushant Singh’s case will not be transferred to CBI. Commenting on the late actor’s case, Deshmukh told ANI, “Mumbai police are investigating the case. It will not be transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation.”

Sushant’s father KK Singh recently filed an FIR in Patna against the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide. KK Singh has accused Rhea of mentally harassing and cheating his son. He has even named Rhea’s brother and parents in his FIR.
Whereas Rhea has filed a petition in Supreme Court seeking transfer of the case to Mumbai Police. Reportedly she has even filed for interim bail.
