A month after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, his father KK Singh has finally filed an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide. The late actor’s father has filed the case in Patna.

In the recent update on the case, Rhea has now filed a petition in Supreme court seeking transfer of the case to Mumbai. Read on to know the details.

Sharing details about the petition filed by Rhea, news agency ANI tweeted, “Petition filed by actor Rhea Chakraborty in Supreme Court seeking transfer of investigation in #SushantSinghRajput‘s death to Mumbai: Satish Maneshinde, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer An FIR was filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father against Rhea in Bihar yesterday.”

Sushant’s father has levelled a series of allegations on Rhea. From theft to cheating, his family has made serious accusations on Rhea. Sushant’s cousin Neeraj Singh has also accused Rhea of transferring a huge amount of money from the late actor’s account to hers.

Following the FIR filed by KK Singh, Rhea, her brother Showik, their parents, and Sushant’s manager Shruti Modi have been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal code – 306 (abetment to suicide), 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation), 120 (criminal conspiracy). Reportedly they will also be charged under the Mental Health Care Act.

Meanwhile, reports of Rhea applying for interim bail have also surfaced.
